Refunds for Card Payments

 

In case of product return and refund to a customer who previously paid with a payment card, either partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, Lumeori is obliged to carry out the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods.
This means that the bank will process the refund to the cardholder’s account at the request of the merchant.

 


Complaints and Claims

 

The customer has the right to file a complaint in case of a product defect, incorrectly delivered item, or if the product does not match the description on the website.
Complaints can be submitted via email to: support@lumeori, no later than 8 days after receiving the shipment.
In the case of a justified complaint, the customer will be offered a product replacement, repair, appropriate discount, or a refund.
Within 8 days of receiving the complaint, you will receive a response with a proposed solution.
In case of an error on our part, Lumeori will bear the cost of return shipping.
When returning a product, it must be in its original packaging, unused, with the receipt and a written explanation of the complaint enclosed.
